• Registration/Check-in in the Hotel Lobby from 9am-5pm

• Trailer parking at Western Fairgrounds all day

Sunday

• Registration/Check-in in the Hotel Lobby from 8am-4pm

• Trailer parking at Western Fairgrounds all day

• Optional local self-tour of London and Fanshawe Pioneer Village

• Opening BBQ & Kids Carnival and Dorchester Community Center from 5pm-8pm

Monday

• Tour to John Deere Collection in Glencoe & Oil Springs Museum in Petrolia and back all day

• Model T Chassis Assembly for the Kids in the host hotel parking lot from 6:30pm onward

Tuesday

• Tour to the Plunkett Estate & Cadillac collection in Mt. Brydges

  • Tour photos

  • BBQ lunch for purchase from local Lions Club service organization

  • Judging Meet onsite

• Fashion Show in the host hotel at 7pm

Wednesday

• Tour to Cheese Museum in Ingersol & WWII Harvard aircraft fly-in & display in Tillsonburg and back

• Optional (parallel) 40 & Under tour to Tillsonburg airport and back with Scavenger Hunt enroute

• Youth Auction, Awards Presentations & Pine Car Racing at the host hotel in the evening

Thursday

• Tour to the Town of Stratford & the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in St. Mary’s

• Kids Drop-off event at nearby Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park from 6-8pm

• Optional Cruise Night at Plunkett Estate from 5-9pm

Friday

• Tour to Dairy Museum in St. Thomas, Port Bruce Beach, and Port Stanley Beach

• Farewell Banquet in host hotel

  • Welcome reception with cash bar at 5pm

  • Dinner & Awards at 6pm

• Kids Pizza Party in host hotel at 6pm
